Ordering through our secure online ordering system is the best way to ensure you get exactly what your friends and family need. 

Simply browse through all of our bundles and make your selections. Add ons, personalisation options or any other add-ons you need for a perfect gift — just select them from the list! Once it's finalised there is no better way to get an order delivered than with us using this secure online system where payment can easily be submitted within minutes via credit card, cash app... Review details about what will happen before finalizing so there are no surprises at the time delivery date.

To cancel an order, simply submit a ticket through the link below and provide your order number.

You can cancel your order at any time before we've packed up and sent it off.  Once an order has been prepared and is with our couriers for delivery, it can't be amended or cancelled.

You can make your own personalised gift bundle by choosing a ‘base bundle’ and adding as many add-ons to it.

We know that your gifts are the best, so we make sure they're delivered on time. You'll receive a notification once it's shipped and you can track its progress with our service! But please note: given how busy Parcel Network is these days there might be some delay in receiving them. Please also note that the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in some selected delays. We are doing our best to have the gift delivered on time :)

We will make sure to send you a notification with tracking details. If you have trouble locating the tracking details, please let us know and we'll look into it for you!

Yes you can, as you check out, you can simply select a date. You will never miss their birthday or important date again!

A. So far the order has not been packed or dispatched, you can contact us to cancel your order.

B. Have we delivered the gift and you (or the recipient) are not happy with it? We are sorry to hear that! Allow us to make it right!

We're happy to replace any items you aren't satisfied with, but please contact us within 2-3 days of receipt. The return must be received within 10 days of the original date of dispatch.


Simply submit a ticket through the link below and provide your order number & what you are not happy about.

We'll give you a credit or refund on your original payment method if it has been received back in our warehouse in the same condition it was shipped to you. Please note that we are unable to refund the shipping fee that we reserve the right to charge a $50 restocking fee.

We hope your hamper makes it to you! If for some reason the product isn't what was expected, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide instructions on how to send in photos of where they were delivered so our customer service team can take care of things from there - just be sure not to forget about including information like whether or not replacement is needed and when this need would happen most appropriately. Once we've received all pertinent details back from ourselves (including info regarding if exchange/refund are preferred), then rest assured that anything can get resolved quickly & efficiently without any hassle at all.

If you're experiencing a problem with your hamper or its contents, please contact us as soon as possible and attach photos of any damage. We'll happily replace it if necessary! If not in need of replacement then we may be able to credit/refund depending on the extent of what was wrongfully received at time when purchased from us.

If you'd like to pick up your order, we'll send over an email when it's ready. 

We will confirm the pick up address via email to you.

Please note that unless the order is ready and we have confirmed such in writing, you will be able to pick up.

Same day delivery is possible in Sydney, but only for metro areas. You must make your order by 11am to guarantee same-day service and cut off time applies as well! 

For Interstate, we offer an interstate shipping service for next-day VIP delivery at a small surcharge. 

Please note that while we strive to get all packages delivered on time, we are dependent on 3rd party delivery companies such as Australia Post. We sadly have no influence on them expediting your delivery.

FAQs International Shipment

Yes, we do ship internationally. However due to Covid-19 delivery lead times may be longer than the usual! Estimated delivery time varies depending on where you are sending the gifts to.

You can still select your desired delivery date for international shipping. However, this isn't guaranteed and we do recommend checking estimated times first before placing an order as there could be custom delays in receiving the package once it arrives at its destination country.

The link below will let you know when packages are delivered to different countries around the world - so make sure that if you are sending a gift outside these areas then factor 1-2 weeks into account when ordering.
